Within the foundations of Access Consciousness, you will find the first of many tools. The first tool developed by Gary Douglas over twenty years ago is “The Bars”. When you first learn “The Bars”, not only do you learn the thirty two points on the head, and how to run them, but you will look at how you 'receive'. In this fast paced world, we may find ourselves in constant 'doing' state. 'Competition', 'busy-ness', filling up every gap, trying to 'get it right' for others, all are part of the congestion that stops us from receiving nurturance, and embracing our awareness, expansion, and being in gratitude.
Accessing more supportive change in your life, comes with the ability to receive. The electromagnetic component of all your thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs are dissipated when the 32 bars on your head are run. A few of the bars are Ageing, Awareness, Money, Healing, Body, (only five out of the thirty two). All of the bars respond so well to them being run. The release from the fixed thoughts, decisions, or beliefs held in each bar frees up and unlocks those energies which limit your ability to enjoy greater ease and joy.
How it works:
With your own thoughts and beliefs there is a crystallisation of them in your body, and your energy centres. they become all of you. They can lock up areas of your body, mind, energy centres, and, your overall life. So as each bar is feather lightly held for a time, these solidifications begin to dissipate. The issues held within each bar are also helped to dissipate as you move through the other points of the Bars. As your viewpoints are freed up from your being, this enables you to make new choices, unlearn some things, and to begin a new journey into a fresh new you. The growth is exponential. For each bars session you have, more is cleared, and so there becomes more ease with choice and change. This could be likened to deleting the old files off your computer, and freeing up fresh clear space for new ideas, new choices, and a new you.
Decisions:
Something that occasionally sticks me is dogma. You know how it is if someone has really set their mind to something and has blinkers on? It can feel like a mack truck to talk to them. There is no room for discussion, no room to hear each other, and most definitely no room to see things from another point of view. These walls keep belief structures in place and block energy from ease, change, fresh choice, joy. They most definitely don't allow for expansion. Of course, that can be a choice made by many of us, but more and more, it's not my choice for myself. I absolutely love these tools and how they allow me the space to move into a better me.
